Your initial consult will be a 60 minute in-depth running assessment, including RunScribe running metric analysis
Additional inclusions:
- 12 week strength and conditioning program, personalised to you based on your current running level and your goals
- A workbook to keep track of your progress
- Access to 1-on-1 support throughout your strength journey
- Unlimited access to your practitioner via email
- Regular assessment sessions to monitor your progress
